Hebaco Bakovenbouw BV has been active in the bakery oven construction for over 60 years and is, time and again, able to cater for the needs of bakeries. Well-trained mechanics, employed by Hebaco and with decades of experience, provide maintenance and repairs for ovens manufactured by Hebaco itself, as well as overhauled ovens put on the market by Hebaco.
Our company has its offices in Nijverdal and owns a large industrial facility of approx. 3,000 m² with a modernly furnished production hall with machinery and tools for the construction of bakery ovens. Furthermore, Hebaco has a large and conveniently arranged spare parts warehouse, which accommodates all spare parts required for construction, maintenance and repair. Hebaco also has a modern vehicle fleet with well-equipped service cars for our mechanics who are providing our customers with a 24-hour emergency repair service.
AeroStatic
The AeroStatic oil rack oven is Hebaco’s showpiece. Specifically designed for the most demanding bakery. Its distinguished features include a longer, deeper oven and a virtually inexhaustible steam generator. This oven guarantees excellent baking results for all kinds of bread.
Heat-recovery
A heat-recovery unit can be optionally installed inside the thermal oil kettle, which uses the residual heat of flue-gas to heat water for various end-uses in the bakery, such as hot tap water, the crate washing machine, underfloor heating, etc.
